Raw Protein Synergy Balls Recipe
Makes: 12 Balls
- 2 serves of a quality protein powder (read your container for quantity)
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Synergy Super Greens or alternative
- 1/4 cup dried berries (cranberries, blueberries, goji, golden berries)
- 1/2 cup Seeds (sunflower & pepitas)
- 1/2 cup Almonds or cashews
- 1 tsp natural vanilla
- 1 tbsp Raw or Manuka Honey
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup Water (will depend on source of protein powder)
In a processor, add all ingredients except the water and blitz until combined. While still processing, slowly add in the water until it all comes together a bit like dough.
Roll into ping pong size balls and swirl into a container of desiccated coconut & chia seeds to coat. Keep refrigerated for 5-7 days. Will freeze well too.
Enjoy with your favourite herbal tea, mint or lemon would be a fab match.
