G/F Chocolate Crunchy Nut Brownie Recipe
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3/4 cup natural Pic’s Peanut Butter crunchy OR allergy-friendly alternative
- 1/4 cup honey or natural alternative (maple, agave, coconut nectar or rice malt syrup).
- 1/2 cup Lupin Flakes
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
Preheat fan-forced oven to 170º and line a brownie tin or oven proof dish with baking paper
Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well and evenly press out into your tray.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 15mins and allow to cool for 20 mins before removing and slicing.
Enjoy with a cup of your favourite herbal tea and know it is nutrient packed to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
