Healthy Winter Snack Ideas
2-3 Quinoa Rice Cakes topped with Avocado, Cheese & Pear or Nut Butter (I use Pureharvest Cakes)
30g Almonds & Herbal Chai Latte with plant-based milk (I use Vitasoy rice milk)
Mixed Winter Fruits – Citrus, Strawberries, Pear & Soy Cappuccino
Immune Boosting Smoothie (banana, cacao, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, coconut milk)
Flourless Wholesome Banana Muffin & Herbal Tea
