Corn Flake Crispy Batter | Gluten Free Recipe
- 600g Protein (fish, chicken, turkey)
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed (health food stores have natural scoop n weigh options to avoid added sugar).
- Herbemare or alternative seasoning (paprika for the spice lover)
Preheat oven to 180C fan forced and line a baking tray.
Prepare the egg & seasoning mix in a separate container. Coat the protein in the egg mix and then roll in the crushed corn flakes.
Line the pieces with space between each and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with a rainbow garden salad or for a take away weekend feel – make into a wholesome wrap with cos lettuce, cheese, yoghurt and squeeze of lemon.
