Introducing my Purple Cabbage, Basil & Fetta Salad looking vibrant and nutritious with one key ingredient ‘basil’ making it a crowd pleaser amongst the foodies.
We have some important nutrients to mention – Calcium, Dietary Fiber, Vitamin K and plenty of Phytonutrients to boost your overall health & wellbeing.
Cabbage Basil & Fetta Salad Recipe
- 1/2 purple cabbage
- 1 cup fresh basil shredded (add more if you love it like I do)
- 80-100g Tasmanian (full fat) fetta
Finely shred your cabbage and toss through the basil with your hands.
Sprinkle over half of the fetta and give another gentle fold over with your hands. Add the remaining fetta then cover with wrap and allow to infuse ready for your meal.
This recipe went perfect with my Spicy Cholula BBQ Chicken Recipe but all proteins will work wonderfully.
