Brain Boost Cacao Brownies Recipe
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 chia eggs (1/2 cup warm water + 2 Tbsp chia seeds)
- 1 Tbsp Honey

- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 1 cup pre-cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees fan forced and line a brownie tray with baking paper.
Prepare your chia eggs by placing the chia and warm water in a small bowl and give a good stir. Allow the chia to swell while you add all the remaining ingredients into a food processor.
Finally add the chia seeds and blend until smooth. Add the mix into the baking tray and sprinkle over some crushed walnuts. Bake for about 30mins or until the surface feels firm when pressed. It will set more once it has left the oven, coconut flour is funny this way.
