Nutrionally, plenty of good fats, dietary fiber and protein to provide a sustained energy flow between meals and offer the sweet fix that often stumbles in at 3pm.

Almond Chia Cookie Recipe
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Tahini Spread
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Low GI Raw Cane Sugar (nectar, honey, maple or agave will also work)
- Pinch Salt
Optional carob or cacao nibs
Preheat oven to 160º fan forced and line a biscuit tray with baking paper.
Process all ingredients until well combined and spoon out even balls onto the tray and press down with your two fingers. We made 10 good size biscuits.
Bake for 15-18 minutes and allow to cool before enjoying the deliciously moist and crunchy goodness this Almond Chia Biscuit Recipe has to offer.
